Delight Investment Group operates across facilities management, logistics, oil field supplies, and IT & outsourcing. We are building our Group HR function and need a recruiter who can staff our technical and site-based workforce at pace, without compromising quality.

The role is based in Kochi under Dtech Information Technology and Outsourcing Pvt Ltd, involves regular travel, and reports to the Senior HR Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- End-to-end recruitment for technical, skilled trade, and volume positions
- Manpower planning and forecasting with operations and project teams
- Sourcing through trade networks, referrals, training institutes, and recruitment agencies
- Recruitment drives and mass hiring campaigns, including travel to key source markets
- Trade tests, practical skill assessments, and verification of certifications, licences, and experience documents
- Building direct sourcing pipelines to reduce agency dependency and cost per hire
- Managing overseas recruitment partners and mobilisation coordination for GCC deployment




- Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS covering fulfilment, cost per hire, and source performance

WHAT WE NEED

- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, trade hiring, or bulk/volume hiring — not generalist staffing
- A working understanding of trade categories, certifications, and skill assessments
- Experience conducting recruitment drives or mass hiring campaigns
- Valid passport and genuine availability to travel regularly
- Hindi required; Malayalam, Tamil, Bangla, Urdu, or Nepali are an advantage
- Strong Excel and recruitment reporting skills A strong track record matters more than a degree
