Role Description The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a wide range of roles. This is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai, working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing job postings, conducting candidate assessments, and ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process.

The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives,



tracking recruitment metrics, and continuously improving hiring practices to support Knya’s growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Proficiency in Communication, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization across platforms and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and data-driven hiring practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in consumer brands, retail, or startup environments.
