Role Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can identify, engage, and onboard top talent for both technical and non - technical roles. If you have a knack for spotting potential and a passion for building great teams, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, with a focus on understanding candidate potential and cultural Fit
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels, ensuring a seamless hiring experience
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to match the right talent with the right opportunities
- Utilize HRIMS and recruitment platforms like Keka and Grythr to streamline hiring processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Generate recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both technical and non-technical hiring
- Hands-on experience with HRIMS and recruitment software (Keka/Grythr)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively
- A passion for talent and a deep understanding of what makes a candidate stand out
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements
- Immediate joiner preferred
