About the Role

Cyfuture is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with robust end-to-end recruitment expertise across IT, Cloud, Engineering, AI/ML, Sales, and corporate functions.

The role requires someone who can manage multiple hiring requirements, identify niche talent, work closely with hiring managers, and drive positions from sourcing to closure within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
- Handle multiple hiring requirements across IT, Cloud, AI/ML, Engineering, Sales, and corporate functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions to assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, negotiations, and offer closures.
- Understand technical and functional JDs and identify relevant profiles accordingly.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,



MIS, and candidate databases.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand priorities and hiring timelines.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Hiring Exposure The candidate should have experience hiring for profiles across:
- Cloud & IT Infrastructure
- AI/ML & Engineering
- DevOps, Linux, Windows & IT
- Enterprise / Cloud / IT Sales
- Government & Channel Sales
- HR, Finance, Marketing & other corporate functions

Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Experience handling multiple, niche, and time-sensitive positions.
- Good understanding of IT and Sales hiring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
