About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hiring operations and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring activities in a fast-paced setting.

This role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates to ensure seamless interview scheduling and recruitment process execution.

- Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Scheduling, follow ups with the candidate

- You have some experience with recruitment (ideally 3 months+)
- Well-networked and outgoing; you meet and engage with people easily.
- A matchmaker; it’s in your DNA.
- You understand that successful recruiting practice is a marathon, not a sprint.
- Percipient; you have high standards, are not satisfied with “good enough,” and shoot for the stars.
- Self-motivated and determined; you don’t need managers to look over your shoulder, though you impress the socks off of them when they do!
- Assertive but not pushy; you have excellent boundaries.
