Deloitte is Hiring for Talent Sourcer - IT & Non IT (1 Year Fixed Term Contract ) for Mumbai & Bangalore

Experience - 2-4years

Key Responsibilities :-

- Candidate will be responsible for Utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other online resources to identify potential candidates that match the requirements of open positions.
- Initiate contact and engage with prospective candidates through personalized messages, emails, and phone calls to effectively communicate job opportunities and generate interest.
- Collaborating with the recruiters and stakeholders to identify candidates, develop internal recruitment processes, and enhance our overall candidate experience.
- Continuously build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings through proactive sourcing strategies.



Develop relationships with passive candidates and stay informed about industry trends and talent pools.
- Assist with scheduling interviews for candidates, recruiting team members, and hiring. Conduct candidate reference calls and perform frequent check-ins..

Skills Required :-

- Ability to thrive and prioritize in a agile, rapidly changing environment
- Proven experience (2+ year) as a Talent Sourcer in any industry with a proficiency in Naukri, Linkedin Search or any other job boards.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and candidate relationships
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members and proactively problem solve.
- Excellent Excel skills
