Role: Talent Acquisition Intern

We’re looking for a sharp, enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support hiring across departments. You will work closely with the Founder’s Office and help shape the team that powers EVA’s growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage sourcing and end-to-end hiring for multiple roles
- Draft and post job descriptions across LinkedIn and other portals
- Source candidates through LinkedIn,



job boards, networking & referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with the Founder/Department Heads
- Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment pipelines
- Ensure smooth candidate communication and follow-ups
- Support onboarding, documentation, and HR operations
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives for EVA

Requirements

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Passion for recruitment and building teams
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
- Final-year students or fresh graduates can apply
- Prior HR/TA internship experience is a plus, not mandatory
