About the Role
Ascentium India is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across professional services, support functions, campus recruitment and CA article hiring. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, effective stakeholder coordination and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements to candidate joining.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, social media and other channels.
- Screen applications and conduct initial discussions to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, compensation expectations and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and business stakeholders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and interview panels to ensure timely completion of the selection process.
- Manage offer discussions, documentation, background-verification coordination and pre-joining engagement.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
- Support campus recruitment, CA article hiring, walk-in drives and bulk-hiring initiatives.
- Work closely with HR Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and trackers in the HRMS or Applicant Tracking System.
- Prepare hiring reports covering open positions, sourcing numbers, interview conversions, offers, joiners and candidate drop-offs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, source-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance and joining ratio.
- Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer-branding and talent-engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation requirements.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Prior recruitment experience with a Chartered Accountancy firm would be an added advantage.
- Experience in skilled services, consulting, accounting, audit, taxation or finance hiring will be preferred.
- Exposure to campus recruitment, CA article hiring or high-volume recruitment would be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, job portals, referral networks and recruitment databases.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers and HRMS/ATS platforms.
