Supporting multiple recruiters in scheduling complex interviews across differing time zones, while providing an excellent candidate experience. Interviews may include phone and onsite interviews, complex multi-layered scheduling, videoconferencing and facilitating travel arrangements. Being an ambassador in the candidate experience.

Managing all logistics for interviews and serving as the primary point of contact to the candidate. Managing the offer process - sending new hire documentation including Offer Letter’s & checklists. Ensuring current hire completes all required admission documentation efficiently & correctly and communicating with internal teams throughout the process.

Supporting on operational projects for example translating documentation. Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests.



Stakeholder management – liaising with hiring managers at all levels.

Requirements Qualifications & Experience... Solid experience within in Talent Acquisition is a must.

Experience within recruitment or operations focused roles required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other European languages, such as French, would be desirable). Strong interpersonal skills to support with relationship building across the business.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment going through organizational changes Strong organisational and problem-solving skills; exceptional attention to detail. Ability to problem solve in a timely manner. People management or mentoring experience; this role will likely involve managing one or two others Strong communications skills: demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with hiring manager and talent acquisition stakeholders, addressing concerns and presenting mutually beneficial solutions.
