- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI application development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals.
- Guide the integration of AI models and algorithms into production systems, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand use cases, define AI strategies, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Leverage state-of-the-art AI methodologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, to address complex challenges.

Project Delivery & Execution:

- Manage the delivery of AI projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and according to best practices in software engineering.
- Implement agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to streamline project development and delivery.
- Lead the architecture, design, and scaling of AI solutions that are efficient, scalable, and secure.
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and risks, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure AI solutions address key business needs and drive value.
- Partner with IT infrastructure, data engineering, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of AI applications within the broader tech ecosystem.
- Regularly update senior leadership and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications:





- 20 years of experience in delivering software engineering and AI solutions
- Technical delivery of large digital projects
- More than 10+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery
- Hand on experience with cloud data AI and full stack.
- In depth understanding of technical architecture
- Ability to technical assessment and blue print of client's current technology stack.
- SDL solution architecture, design, AQ QC, deployment and manage services
- Must have experience in 50+ client engagements
- Must have handled portfolio of 500+ folks ( Data Scientist, PM, Full Satck developer, tester, scrum masters
- Implementing multiple solution for different products
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree from a premiere institute (IIT preferably).
- Proven track record of leadership and success in delivering AI/ML and digital solutions at scale, with experience managing large teams and complex project portfolios.
- Solid business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate client needs into innovative technical solutions that drive measurable business value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
