Role Description This ESG & GHG Reporting – Internship for Graduated role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the preparation and review of ESG and greenhouse gas (GHG) reports, including data collection, validation, and analysis for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in financial and non-financial data mapping, contributing to reporting templates and dashboards, and helping ensure alignment with relevant standards and frameworks.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to clarify data requirements, preparing concise documentation, and contributing to client-ready materials that communicate climate performance.



This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in ESG reporting, climate finance, and sustainability disclosure for recent graduates.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for data collection, validation, and interpretation in ESG and GHG reporting.
- Clear and professional communication skills for preparing documentation, client-facing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Foundational knowledge in finance and accounting to support climate-related financial reporting and disclosure.
- Ability to assist with financial reporting activities, including organizing and presenting ESG and GHG metrics in a structured manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, environmental management, sustainability, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ESG standards, climate reporting frameworks, or sustainability concepts is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools; attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
- Interest in climate action, net-zero strategies, and working with MSMEs on practical sustainability solutions.
