Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Surveyor role based in Mumbai. The Surveyor will conduct land and building surveys, take precise measurements, and prepare site layouts for ongoing and upcoming construction projects. Daily responsibilities include using surveying instruments and software, recording and analyzing data, preparing drawings and reports, and verifying levels, boundaries, and alignments.

The role also involves coordinating with project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure that construction work follows approved plans and meets regulatory requirements.



The Surveyor will help identify potential issues on site and provide accurate information to support decision-making and project progress.

Qualifications

- Strong land surveying skills, including site measurements, leveling, and boundary assessment.
- Proficiency with surveying instruments (e.g., total station, GPS, auto level) and basic auto cad mapping software.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and technical specifications.
- Good data recording, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and relevant surveying regulations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with site teams and project stakeholders.
- Ability to work in office in varying conditions, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks.
- Diploma in Surveying, in 2 year or a related field; prior experience in construction or real estate projects is an advantage.
