Role Description The Supervisor role at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at project and installation sites, including coordinating teams, monitoring work progress, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.

Responsibilities include supervising installation and maintenance of parking systems, managing resources and materials, and providing clear guidance to technicians and support staff. The role involves regular reporting to management, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with engineering, sales, and service teams to meet client expectations.



The Supervisor will also support process improvements, enforce standard operating procedures, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising in office operations, preferably in infrastructure, construction, mechanical, or parking systems projects.
- Strong team leadership skills, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and coaching frontline staff.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems associated with automated or structured parking solutions.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, installation plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and quality assurance standards; experience enforcing site safety protocols.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation tools) for reporting and record-keeping.
- Prior experience in field operations, facility management, or project coordination is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related discipline is preferred; relevant vocational qualifications may also be considered.
