Responsibilities

Delivery Management

- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, products, and operational initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Establish delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models as required.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with global business leaders, product owners, and technology teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related escalations.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across regional and global teams.

Program and Project Oversight

- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution activities.
- Monitor dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and governance processes.
- Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor project managers, scrum masters, business analysts, and technical teams.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric culture.





Financial and Resource Management

- Manage project budgets and forecasts.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

- Implement best practices in project delivery and service management.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Protected, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years in project/program/delivery management roles.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC/GIC), shared services, or multinational environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technology programs and cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering cloud, digital transformation, ERP, data, infrastructure, or application development initiatives.
