The platform guides students through the entire journey, including test preparation, profile building, admissions, education loans, and student visas. Role Description The Student Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The individual in this role will guide students through their study-abroad journey, including understanding their academic and career goals, suggesting suitable countries and programs, and explaining application processes and timelines. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to student and family queries, coordinating with internal teams for test prep and documentation, and ensuring that each student’s progress is tracked and supported.

Advisor will maintain accurate records, follow up on leads,



provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to continuous improvements in advising processes and resources.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Student Counseling abilities for effective guidance and rapport-building with students.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear explanations of complex admission and visa processes.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Education pathways and international study options to support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to students and families.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education, counseling, psychology, or related fields.
- Prior experience in academic advising, study-abroad counseling, or education services is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple student cases, and meet advising and conversion targets.
