Associate – Strategy & Partnerships

CreditSea is a rapid-growing digital lending platform on a mission to make credit access simple, transparent, and fair for Indians. As a Lending Service Provider (LSP), we partner with RBI-licensed NBFCs to deliver instant personal loans and credit-builder products, having already served over 1,000,000 users across the country. What is this role all about
As the Associate – Strategy & Partnerships, you will support CreditSea in building and scaling its partner ecosystem. This is a balanced role, part hunting, part relationship management.
where you will help identify and onboard new partners (NBFCs, fintech platforms, and corporate/channel partners) while also supporting and strengthening our existing partnerships. Working closely with the Strategy, Product, and Operations teams, you will help shape partnership strategy, unlock new growth opportunities, and support CreditSea's expansion.
This is a Raipur-based role. We work from the office, as we believe in-person collaboration fuels sharper thinking and stronger relationships.

Here's a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across NBFCs, fintech platforms, and corporate/channel ecosystems.
- Support the partnership lifecycle - from prospecting and outreach to negotiation support, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Help develop and execute joint growth initiatives with partners to drive business outcomes.
- Build relationships with partner stakeholders while collaborating closely with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform partnership and business strategy.
- Prepare business cases, decks, and reports to support partnership decisions and track performance for leadership.
What does success look like in this role? Success in this role means helping build a healthy, growing partner ecosystem for CreditSea. Bringing in new partners while keeping existing relationships strong and productive. You will develop a solid grounding in how partnerships are built and managed in a fintech business, and become a reliable point of contact for partners.
What would make you a valuable fit for this role? Here are the basic requirements:
- You have 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome) prior internship or work experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or fintech/BFSI is a plus.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- You have strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, and are comfortable working with data and financial basics.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable engaging with external stakeholders.
- You have working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
