Goa Slider Club is Ludic's first physical retail outlet — a design-led, 400 sqft concept store in Anjuna built around curation, materiality, and a distinct in-store experience. We're looking for a Store Manager who will effectively run this store as their own; owning the full floor experience, the team, the numbers, and the day-to-day judgment calls that come with running a small, high-touch retail space in a tourist-heavy, seasonal market. This is a hands-on, on-ground role.

You'll be on the floor, not behind a desk.

Store Operations

- End-to-end daily operations; opening/closing, cash handling, POS, stock accuracy, store upkeep and visual presentation
- Inventory management: stock ordering, replenishment, loss prevention, and coordination with the central/warehouse team
- Ensuring the store consistently reflects brand and visual merchandising standards; this is a design-led brand, and the store is part of the product experience

Sales & Customer Experience

- Drive store sales performance against targets, with strong ownership of daily/weekly/monthly numbers
- Deliver a customer experience that fits a premium, curated lifestyle brand — not a transactional footwear sale
- Handle walk-in customer relationships, repeat clientele, and be the face of the brand locally in Goa
- Gather and relay on-ground customer feedback and local market insight back to the founders/product team

Team Management

- Hire, train, and manage store staff; building a small team that can deliver consistent service and product knowledge




- Create and manage staff schedules/rosters, accounting for Goa's tourist-season footfall swings
- Coach the team on product knowledge (footwear/lifestyle category), service standards, and sales technique

Reporting & Coordination

- Track and report store performance (sales, footfall, conversion, stock) to leadership on a regular cadence
- Coordinate with the central team on marketing activations, launches, and stock planning
- Flag operational or facility issues (maintenance, vendor coordination, local compliance) proactively

What are we looking for?

- 5+ years of experience in retail store management, with genuine ownership of a store's P&L;, team, and operations; not just a shift-lead role
- Experience in footwear, apparel, or the broader lifestyle/fashion retail space is important; you should understand the category, the customer, and the seasonality
- Comfortable being based in and around Anjuna, Goa, and available to work retail hours including weekends and peak tourist season
- A genuine feel for design, brand, and customer experience; this store lives and dies by curation and vibe as much as by sales numbers
- Solid people management skills; able to hire, train, and hold a small team accountable without heavy-handed oversight
- Financially literate; comfortable owning targets, inventory numbers, and basic reporting
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity; this is a new store for a young brand, not an established retail chain with a playbook already in place
