: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager/ Head to lead the end-to-end setup and operations of new retail stores across our operational cities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing,

planning, and executing the launch of retail outlets across various cities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role requires a hands-on approach in site selection, store design, vendor management, staff recruitment, and sales optimization & would require the candidate to travel frequently on a need basis.

Responsibilities

- Retail Store Setup & Expansion:

● Identify and evaluate potential retail locations based on market research and business strategy.

● Oversee store layout planning, interior design, and visual merchandising.

● Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely store setup.

● Manage licensing, legal, and compliance requirements for recent store openings.

- Store Operations Management:

● Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store management and ensure adherence.

● Implement inventory management systems and optimize stock levels.

● Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation.

● Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

- Team Leadership & Training:

● Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to ensure high productivity and engagement.

● Conduct regular training on sales, customer service, and store operations.





● Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and incentives.

- Sales & Marketing Strategy:

● Develop local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and sales as per plan

● Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

● Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.

- P&L; Management:

● Prepare and manage budgets for store setup and operations.

● Drive sales of product & services at optimum margins to drive profitability

● Optimize cost efficiencies while maintaining quality standards to drive profitability.

● Track financial performance and report key metrics to senior management.

- OEM/Vendor Relationships & Targets

● Onboard OEMs and manage relationships & targets achievement

● Manage OEM/Vendor Commercial Negotiations/Margins/Credit Cycle & Credit Amount

Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

● Experience: 4-5 years of experience in retail store setup and management.

● Proven track record of opening and managing successful retail stores.

● Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and customer service.

● Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

● Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
