Job Title: Store Manager – Retail Food Outlet

Location: Mysuru, Karnataka

Experience: 2–5 years (retail/food outlet management)

Job Type: Full-time The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, staff, and customer service

Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination

Ensure hygiene, quality, and compliance standards are met

Handle billing, cash reconciliation, and sales reporting

Train and supervise store staff; manage schedules

Drive sales targets and monitor store P&L;

Requirements

2–5 years' experience as a Store Manager in retail/food/QSR

Strong leadership and team management skills

Positive communication (Kannada/English preferred)

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software
