Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager with strong experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or branded retail.

The role involves managing complete store operations, driving sales and business targets, leading the retail team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage the store team.
- Monitor retail KPIs, conversion, ABV, and team productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and store presentation.




- Implement company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Maintain store discipline, hygiene, and overall presentation.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth store operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Retail Manager.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or branded retail preferred.
- Strong sales and target-achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales KPIs, and inventory management.
- Professional personality and presentation.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Vizag candidates: Local language communication skills are required.
