We are hiring 5 Storage Migration Engineers for an urgent enterprise project supporting Dell Storage Devices implementation and migration.

? Role: Storage Migration Engineer

We are looking for experienced engineers with strong expertise in Dell EMC Unity, PowerScale (Isilon), and Rubrik to support enterprise storage migration activities across global environments.

? Key Responsibilities

- Execute storage migrations using Dell EMC Unity replication
- Perform Rubrik-based migrations from Unity to PowerScale
- Manage migration pre-checks, cutovers, validation, and rollback activities
- Configure and support Dell EMC Unity and PowerScale environments
- Monitor replication health, migration status, performance, and capacity
- Troubleshoot storage connectivity, replication, and migration issues
- Support production change windows and post-migration hypercare
- Validate CIFS/SMB, NFS, permissions, shares, exports, and data integrity
- Coordinate with Storage SMEs, infrastructure teams,



application owners, and project teams
- Maintain migration documentation, runbooks, and operational records

? Required Skills

✅ 3+ years of enterprise storage administration & migration experience

✅ Solid experience with Dell EMC Unity

✅ Experience with storage replication technologies

✅ Experience with Rubrik or similar migration solutions

✅ Knowledge of NAS, CIFS/SMB & NFS

✅ Understanding of IP networking, DNS, and enterprise infrastructure

✅ Experience supporting production migrations/change windows

✅ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

⭐ Preferred

- Dell EMC PowerScale / Isilon
- Storage refresh or large-scale migration projects
- Backup, recovery & disaster recovery
- ITIL / Change Management / Incident Management
- Dell EMC or Rubrik certifications
