Role Description The Staff Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in an emergency and pre-hospital setting, supporting advanced ambulance and clinical operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bhubaneswar and involves assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as per protocols, and monitoring vital signs during transport and stabilization.

Nurse will assist physicians and paramedical staff, manage medical equipment, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain infection control practices. Daily responsibilities also include educating patients and families, coordinating with hospital teams,



and participating in quality and safety initiatives to optimize emergency care outcomes.

Qualifications

- Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency care procedures.
- Experience in critical care, emergency services, or pre-hospital care, including monitoring vital signs and using medical devices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary medical and hospital teams.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, make sound clinical judgments, and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in accurate documentation, record keeping, and adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Knowledge of infection control, hygiene practices, and basic life support (BLS); advanced life support (ACLS) is an advantage.
- Valid nursing registration with an appropriate regulatory body and completion of a recognized nursing program (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent).
- Comfort with using digital tools and medical technology; prior exposure to telemedicine or tech-enabled healthcare is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by emergency care operations.
