We are looking for a talented and experienced Patient Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Alldigi Tech Limited. This role is integral to our healthcare operations, as you will be the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers. Your excellent communication skills and critical thinking abilities will be put to the test as you manage complex Tier 2 calls and escalations, ensuring a seamless and efficient patient experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage Tier 2 calls and escalations, providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical staff, and other medical professionals in the US.
- Process referrals and handle sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot and resolve patient queries and concerns, offering accurate and timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all patient interactions and call details.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and best practices to enhance patient service.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve patient service processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare / HIPAA regulations and maintain high ethical standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a positive image of Alldigi Tech Limited.

Qualifications

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
- Relevant healthcare experience, especially in referrals processing, is highly advantageous.




- A friendly and empathetic approach to patient interactions is a key requirement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and healthcare software is preferred.
- A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to recent healthcare industry developments.
- Relevant Healthcare experience is an advantage
