We’re now hiring a Sr. Sales Executive to help us bring more elite coaches into our partner ecosystem.
Role OverviewYour job: identify great fitness coaches, start conversations, book calls, and close them into our partner program.
You’ll live in DMs (mainly Instagram), WhatsApp, and short sales calls. This is a hunter role: high activity, high ownership, clear targets.
What You’ll Do
- Find and reach out to fitness coaches and trainers online (primarily Instagram).
- Start new qualified conversations every day and keep a tight follow-up cadence.
- Handle basic objections and move reliable prospects to the finish line quickly.
- Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date with every touchpoint and status.
- Work closely with our Affiliate Success Manager to ensure smooth handoff and activation of new partners.
What Success Looks LikeIn your first 3 months, you are:
- Consistently hitting daily outreach and follow-up targets.
- Booking and running a steady volume of calls each week.
- Closing high-quality coaches into the program every month.
- Clearly tracking your numbers and knowing exactly where your pipeline sits at all times.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales / business development / partnerships (inside sales or DM-based sales is a big plus).
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection.
- Strong written communication (short, sharp, clear messages).
- Confident on the phone / video for short sales calls.
- You care about fitness and can talk to coaches without faking it.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to coaches, creators, or influencers.
- Experience doing outbound on Instagram / social.
- You’ve sold something online yourself (your own coaching, services, etc.).
