Sr. Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

DoubleTick.io, an award-winning conversational CX stack, is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition and demand-generation engine.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong performance marketing expertise with a sharp understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and can translate marketing investments into qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

● Own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

● Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns across TOFU, MOFU and BOFU.

● Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, creatives and landing pages.

● Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and pipeline contribution.

● Identify new paid channels and growth opportunities.

● Build campaigns focused on generating high-quality B2B leads and sales pipeline, not just lead volume.

● Partner with Sales to understand lead quality and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.

● Track and analyze campaign performance and marketing funnel metrics.

● Build dashboards and reports to monitor spend, leads, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, conversion rates, revenue and ROI.

● Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages and offers.

● Use data and customer insights to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.

● Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, messaging and landing pages.





● Translate customer pain points and product USPs into compelling performance campaigns.

● Identify creative trends and continuously test new concepts and formats.

● Work with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

● Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and campaign reporting.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to improve automation and lead lifecycle tracking.

Ideal candidate

● 5 to 8 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing.

● Strong experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

● Experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, MarTech, ERP, CPaaS or other technology businesses is highly preferred.

● Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets.

● Strong understanding of lead generation, demand generation and B2B marketing funnels.

● Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM and marketing analytics.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

● Ability to independently plan, execute, analyze and optimize campaigns.

● Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
