Job Summary
We are looking for a Store Sr. Executive to manage inventory operations and ensure adequate availability of spares and consumables while maintaining optimum stock levels and minimizing excess inventory, discrepancies, and losses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory activities including receipt, storage, issue, reconciliation, and maintenance of inventory records.
- Ensure accurate physical and ERP inventory records and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs.
- Maintain minimum stock levels for spares and consumables as defined in the system.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, pollution control, IMS, and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for inventory requirements and transfers.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager or management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Inventory record accuracy and stock audit results.
- Reduction/minimization of stock-outs.
- Timely replenishment of inventory.
- Reduction in inventory discrepancies and losses.
- Compliance with safety, IMS, and 5S requirements.
Eligibility
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Stores/Inventory Management, preferably in a large-scale operation.
