Bonace Engineers is seeking a dedicated Sr. Engineer or Manager for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to lead and drive critical safety initiatives across our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with HSE policies and ISO 45001:2018 systems.
Key duties include conducting regular inspections, safety audits, and organizing comprehensive HSE training sessions for the workforce. You will identify potential hazards through risk assessments such as HIRA and JHA to implement effective control measures. Additionally, you will investigate workplace incidents, prepare detailed reports, and drive corrective actions to minimize future risks.
