Overview

- We are looking for a DevOps / Sr. DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and help build, scale, and operate Needl.ai’s cloud infrastructure.

- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and reliability. You will work closely with platform, engineering, and product teams to build robust infrastructure, streamline deployments, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our services.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Needl.ai’s multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
- Set up and take ownership of cloud infrastructure and components from 0 to 1.
- Build, scale, and secure application infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Helm.
- Automate workflows and operational processes using shell scripting and GitHub Actions.
- Set up and maintain observability and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment and system reliability.
- Conduct system testing for security, performance, scalability, and availability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Implement and maintain cloud and application security best practices.
- Implement and maintain security, compliance,



and data protection best practices across cloud infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
- Proven experience in designing and setting up cloud infrastructure from 0 to 1.
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Helm.
- Strong experience with shell scripting and automation.
- Proficiency in Python and Git.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Good understanding of Linux systems, preferably Ubuntu.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex cloud and infrastructure setups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
