Role Design and review electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, grounding, lightning protection, and low-voltage systems in accordance with applicable codes and project requirements.

Prepare and review single-line diagrams (SLDs), load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, short-circuit studies, and panel schedules.

Develop electrical layouts, lighting layouts, power layouts, earthing layouts, lightning protection layouts, and cable routing drawings.

Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV disciplines to ensure clash-free and coordinated designs.

Perform design calculations, technical evaluations, and engineering analyses to optimize system performance, safety, reliability, and cost.





Prepare BOQs, material specifications, technical submittals, and tender documentation.

Mentor and guide junior engineers and CAD/BIM designers, ensuring adherence to design standards and project schedules.

Support site teams by resolving design-related technical queries and issuing engineering clarifications when required.

Other duties as required by the management which is reasonably within the scope of the role.
