Responsibilities

• Proactive communication with client, ensuring all client requirements are met and reports are submitted on time
- Ensuring all the key metrices are met including productivity, utilization, quality score, attendance, adherence to timelines
- Management Reporting:
- Reports required by management relating to performance, costs, efficiency, utilization are shared with stake holders on time
- Liaison with other teams/departments

Qualifications

• Any graduate/Postgraduate with 2 years of experience in LPO/Legal Services.
