Hiring: Sr. AI Developer Engineer – Lead / Backend / Cloud (L4)

We are looking for a Sr. AI Developer Engineer – Lead / Backend / Cloud (L4) to lead the engineering and operational delivery of our internal SecureAI platform, shared backend services, multi-cloud infrastructure, and AppSec developer portal.

This is a senior technical leadership role combining architecture, hands-on development, cloud engineering, team leadership, and AI security engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the Technical Lead for Application Security, providing architecture guidance, design reviews, and engineering standards across AI security verticals.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery management to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct structured code reviews, mentor junior/mid-level AI developers, and drive engineering excellence through documentation, testing, and CI/CD standards.
- Define and maintain the technical roadmap for the SecureAI platform and AppSec developer portal, aligned with CISO and business priorities.
- Provide technical direction across backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI security services, and internal developer tooling.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between AI security engineering, Cloud Platform,



Infrastructure, GRC, and Business Application teams.
- Ensure AI-powered security services are production-grade, secure, scalable, and reliable.

Key Skills & Requirements

- 6–8 years of experience in software engineering, backend development, cloud engineering, AI/ML, or related technologies.
- Robust experience in backend engineering, cloud architecture, and production-grade application development.
- Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments — Azure / AWS / GCP.
- Experience in technical leadership, architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, engineering standards, testing, documentation, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience building and operating enterprise-scale internal developer platforms or security portals.
- Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or IBM QRadar and their integration APIs is preferred.
- Knowledge of API Gateway and Service Mesh technologies such as Kong, Apigee, and Istio/mTLS is preferred.
