Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role located in Delhi, India.

The Speech

Therapist will assess students for speech, language, and communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their educational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support students’ communication and learning outcomes. The role also involves educating staff and families about speech and language development,



early signs of communication difficulties, and strategies that can be used in classrooms and at home.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Speech Therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children and adolescents.
- Ability to work with a range of Speech and Language Disorders, tailoring therapy plans to individual student needs.
- Experience managing Communication Disorders and coordinating with educators to support effective communication in school settings.
- Knowledge of Dysphagia and related feeding and swallowing challenges, with appropriate therapeutic approaches.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
- Certification and/or registration with appropriate professional bodies, as required by local regulations.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary school environment.
- Ability to maintain detailed documentation, respect confidentiality, and follow ethical and safeguarding guidelines.
