Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) Specialist to join our S4 HANA Functional – Delivery department. The role involves driving end‑to‑end PP implementations, optimizing manufacturing processes, and delivering high‑quality solutions for our diverse client base. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure seamless project execution from blueprint to hypercare.

Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and optimize SAP PP processes in S/4HANA for manufacturing operations.
- Lead end‑to‑end greenfield and brownfield PP implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Conduct fit‑gap analysis and propose best‑practice solutions.
- Develop and execute test scenarios (unit, integration, UAT) and support defect resolution.
- Provide on‑site and remote support during go‑live and hypercare phases.
- Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (MM, QM, SD, Finance) to ensure integrated solutions.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and client presentations.
- Stay current with S/4HANA PP innovations and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP PP, including S/4HANA.
- Proven track record of successful greenfield and brownfield PP implementations.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, shop floor control, and MRP.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead multi‑disciplinary project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science,



or related field; SAP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Hindi is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Knowledge of related modules (MM, QM, SD, FI/CO) is advantageous.
