Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Designer with strong expertise in Data Management and Data Governance to design and support secure, scalable, and high-quality data solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Data Warehousing, Big Data, RDBMS, data security, privacy, protection, data quality, data modeling, and SQL. The role requires robust analytical and troubleshooting capabilities along with excellent communication skills for regular interaction with technical and business stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience in Data Management and Data Governance
- 3–8 years of experience in Data Warehousing, Big Data, or RDBMS
- Strong understanding of Data Security, Privacy, and Data Protection
- Experience with Data Quality tools and processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data security, privacy, and data quality issues
- Experience designing and modeling both structured and unstructured data
- Knowledge of data access, data storage, data security, and data quality techniques
- Hands-on experience writing relational SQL
- Experience in solution/design-based cost estimation
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience working with DevOps tools and environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working on large-scale data architecture/design initiatives
- Exposure to enterprise-level data governance frameworks
- Experience with modern Big Data platforms




- Exposure to data security/privacy compliance requirements
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams

Key Responsibilities
- Design data solutions considering security, privacy, quality, accessibility, and storage requirements
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective data designs
- Design solutions for both structured and unstructured data
- Define appropriate approaches for data access, storage, security, and quality
- Troubleshoot complex data-related issues and drive them to resolution
- Identify and address data quality, security, and privacy challenges
- Develop and optimize relational SQL queries
- Prepare cost estimates based on solution design and development requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients
- Participate in Agile development and delivery activities
- Work effectively within DevOps-enabled environments
- Ensure proposed solutions align with data governance and security standards
