Role Description The Solar Project Coordinator (Mega Watt 80) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for coordinating end-to-end activities for large-scale solar power projects. The role involves planning project timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring resources, materials, and contractors are aligned with construction and commissioning schedules. The coordinator will support site teams with documentation, permits, and compliance requirements, while maintaining accurate records and reports for management and stakeholders.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project progress, resolving operational issues, facilitating communication between engineering, procurement, and site execution teams, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role may also involve assisting with vendor coordination, cost tracking, and preparation of status updates and presentations.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including experience managing timelines, resources,



and documentation for construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of solar power systems or renewable energy projects, with familiarity in basic project engineering, site activities, and commissioning processes.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and site personnel.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project management software for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
- Attention to detail and a focus on safety, quality, and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in office in New Delhi, including regular coordination with field teams and readiness to visit project locations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, renewable energy, project management, or a related field; relevant experience in solar or construction coordination is preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
