We are looking for a passionate Go Backend Developer to join our 100% product development team focused on building innovative solutions for Go Application Performance Monitoring. This role offers an opportunity to work on research-driven, cutting-edge technologies while designing and developing scalable backend applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional product teams to build high-performance solutions that help customers identify and resolve application performance issues in cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Golang.
- Build scalable product features for Go Application Performance Monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and extend Kubernetes components, including controllers and operators.
- Build and manage Kubernetes Operators using Kubebuilder or Operator SDK.
- Create and maintain Helm Charts for Kubernetes deployments.
- Work with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Perform Linux administration tasks and automate processes using Bash scripting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend application and production issues.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews,
and engineering best practices.
- Work with Git for source code management and collaborative development.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve product capabilities.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Backend Development using Golang.
- Robust programming fundamentals and hands-on experience with Go (Golang).
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and core concepts.
- Experience developing Kubernetes Controllers and Operators using Kubebuilder or Operator SDK.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Experience creating and managing Helm Charts.
- Good knowledge of Linux Administration and Bash Scripting.
- Experience working with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of Python or Java is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry libraries is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues in Go applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for product development, research, and cloud-native technologies.
