Analyst OMPF (Order Management & Product Fulfillment)
Role Objective The Analyst - OMPF validates and manages order forms/contracts for Google services.
The role ensures accuracy of requirements from Field Sales Representatives
(FSR)/DSS, facilitates seamless validation, and collaborates with SMEs, QA, DSS, and sales teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Contract Creation: Validate incoming Order Forms using Google Workspace tools for completeness, financial alignment, and policy adherence. Use Salesforce
(Vector) to track sales opportunities and oversee CPQ processes for accurate downstream billing.
Operations & SLA: Utilize Q+ and tracking tools to monitor queue health, maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and meet strict operational SLAs. Partner with Sales,
Finance, and Credit teams to resolve billing blocks or booking errors.
Renewals & Compliance: Process renewal cases using checklists, update internal tools, align contracts with commercial/legal frameworks,
and perform policy approval checks.
Collaboration & Quality: Provide stakeholder clarifications, support escalations with data, follow SOPs, address QA feedback promptly, and minimize repeat errors to reduce client defects.
Profile & Work Requirements
Profile: Graduate equivalent (Commerce/Finance preferred) with 1–2 years of Google
Workflow experience. Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and order/contract/provisioning management is valuable. Solid communication and analytical skills are required.
Work Requirement: Work from Virtusa Campus, Hyderabad (Work from Office). 24x7
rotational shifts (every 45 days) with shift allowances and partial transport provided by region (JAPAC: 3:30 AM–12:30 PM, EMEA: 12:30 PM–9:30 PM, NAMER: 7:30
PM–4:30 AM). Requires flexibility for end-of-quarter volume extensions. This comprehensive overview captures all key parameters.
