Role Description The Software Engineer Intern will support the development and maintenance of internal software tools and systems that streamline project planning, execution, and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and testing code, assisting in back-end web development tasks, debugging issues, and collaborating with senior engineers to implement new features. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, while documenting code and processes for future reference.





This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, providing hands-on experience in a real-world construction and real estate environment and exposure to technology-driven project workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience or coursework in Software Development and Programming, preferably using languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application in building modular, maintainable code.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively in a team environment, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic software development workflows is an advantage.
- Interest in applying software solutions within construction, real estate, or infrastructure management domains is a plus.
