About The Role

As a Custom Software Engineer at Artech L.L.C., you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and enhancing bespoke software solutions that align with our clients' specific business objectives. You will be expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Program Control Services, contributing your knowledge to solve complex technical challenges and improve existing systems. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Program Control Services, demonstrating a solid understanding of software development principles and lifecycle. A full-time educational background of 15 years is required, ensuring a solid foundation in computer science or related fields. Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the role and experience with contemporary development frameworks are essential.

Candidates must have excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a proven track record of working within agile teams. Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and maintaining complex software systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement tailored software solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing software systems to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Participate actively in team discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies to foster continuous improvement.




- Support and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex software issues, applying debugging and performance tuning techniques.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes.
