We're looking for a Social Media Strategist & Manager who doesn't just "do social media" but actually thinks about it. Someone who understands that a great post starts with a great idea, not a trending audio.

What You'll Do

•⁠ ⁠Own and manage social media accounts across multiple clients and industries simultaneously

•⁠ ⁠Develop platform-specific strategies that go beyond "post 3x a week" and actually move the needle

•⁠ ⁠Plan, create, and manage content calendars that balance brand storytelling with performance

•⁠ ⁠Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, emerging formats, and cultural moments worth joining (and ones worth skipping)

•⁠ ⁠Write copy that sounds human, reads sharp, and stops the scroll

•⁠ ⁠Analyze performance data and translate it into smarter decisions, not just prettier reports

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and creative directors to ensure every post meets our quality bar

•⁠ ⁠Manage community engagement, respond to conversations, and protect brand voice across channels

What We're Looking For





•⁠ ⁠2-4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands (agency experience preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Deep fluency with Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms

•⁠ ⁠A genuine obsession with what's happening in culture, design, and digital right now

•⁠ ⁠Strong writing and communication skills in English; the ability to adapt tone across industries

•⁠ ⁠A strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the bigger picture and zoom in to nail the details

•⁠ ⁠Self-starter energy: you don't wait to be told what's next, you bring the next idea to the table

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable managing multiple brands without letting quality slip

Bonus Points

•⁠ ⁠Experience with paid social campaigns and basic ad management

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and how social fits into a larger brand ecosystem
