Role Description The Social Media Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that promote 4 Archs’ brand, projects, and services across relevant platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, coordinating with design and project teams for visual and written content, managing social media accounts, and optimizing posts for engagement and reach.

Strategist will monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and refine strategies based on data insights.



The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent brand messaging and support marketing and communication initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Public Relations skills to manage brand voice, engage audiences, and support external outreach.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to design effective content plans aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and basic analytics tools.
- Candidates should possess the ability to create or coordinate engaging visual and written content, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, and prior experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in design, construction, or real estate, would be beneficial.
