About the Role We are looking for an energetic, creative in-house Social Media Team to showcase our luxury villas at Golden I. You will be responsible for building our online presence, producing viral short-form video content, and engaging directly with potential guests across Instagram and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Shoot high-quality reels, photos, and walk-through videos capturing the guest experience, amenities, and aesthetic of the villas. Editing & Post-Production: Edit punchy, aesthetic short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) using trending sounds, clear transitions, and crisp pacing.

Account Management: Schedule and post daily content, write engaging captions, and research trending travel/hospitality hooks. Engagement & Inquiries: Respond promptly to direct messages,



comments, and booking inquiries to convert viewers into guests. Campaigns & Collaborations: Coordinate on-site visits with travel influencers, content creators, and guests for team-oriented shoots.

Requirements Hands-on experience creating high-engagement content for Instagram. Proficiency with mobile/camera shooting and editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or Canva). Good eye for luxury travel aesthetics, lighting, and interior framing. Strong communication skills to handle guest DMs and visitor interactions. Willingness to work on-site at Golden I.
