About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist who understands what makes brands stand out in a quick-moving digital world.

At MCI, you’ll work across our brand and client ecosystem, bringing ideas to life through engaging content, thoughtful social media strategies and well-executed campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, content, trends and performance to build meaningful brand conversations.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop engaging and creative content for MCI and its brands across social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain MCI’s social media handles while ensuring consistent brand communication.
- Plan and create social media posts, campaigns and content calendars.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver content for client projects.
- Coordinate with creative, content and other teams to ensure timely execution of social media initiatives.
- Track social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, formats, platform updates and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
- 8–13 years of relevant experience in social media,



digital content or related roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and audience behaviour.
- Ability to develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Experience managing social media calendars and campaigns.
- Comfortable working with multiple internal teams, stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for trends and an understanding of what makes content relevant, engaging and shareable.
- Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
