Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, coordinating with design and copy teams, scheduling posts, and managing community interactions (comments, messages, and mentions).

The role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and using insights to refine content and campaign strategies. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams to ensure brand consistency,



support broader digital marketing initiatives, and contribute to creative brainstorming for campaigns and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to plan and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including brief development, asset coordination, and basic familiarity with visual and copy standards.
- Marketing knowledge, including understanding of target audiences, brand positioning, and campaign objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present performance insights clearly.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform analytics).
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
