Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow UCF’s Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube presence; maintain a content calendar.

Create and repurpose posts, reels, stories, carousels, short videos and campaign creatives.

Support website upgrade, content updates and explicit Join UCF / Volunteer / Partner CTAs.

Research and build databases of NGOs, colleges, students, volunteers, creators, corporate/CSR contacts and digital news pages.

Support outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram, email and WhatsApp, including follow-ups.

Coordinate UCF campaigns, especially the Helmet Safety Initiative, with partners, creators and volunteers.

Support registration forms, QR-code promotion, WhatsApp community building and Campus Ambassador recruitment.

Track social media growth, outreach, registrations, collaborations and campaign performance through weekly reports.

Skills & Requirements

Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

Strong English communication and good research skills.

Basic knowledge of Canva and short-form video editing.

Comfortable with Google Forms and Google Sheets.

Creative, proactive,



organised and comfortable working from office.

Prior social media experience is preferred; freshers with relevant skills may apply.
