Foundr is an AI + Humans platform helping ambitious founders launch and scale their businesses across Product Build, Company Ops, Fundraising, and Growth Systems. We work closely with early-stage founders and startup communities to help turn ideas into real businesses.

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who is excited about startups, AI, content, and social media - and wants hands-on experience building the brand and community of an early-stage startup.

This is an in-office role based in Pune. Immediate joiners preferred.

What You'll Do

- Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social platforms.
- Come up with creative content ideas around AI, startups, founders, entrepreneurship, and Foundr.
- Create social media creatives, carousels, reels, short-form videos, and other visual content.
- Use tools like Canva and basic video/editing tools to create and edit content.
- Explore and use AI tools for content creation, ideation, copywriting, visuals, and creative production.
- Help manage Foundr's social media calendar and maintain consistent posting.
- Monitor social media trends, formats, hooks, and competitor/startup content to identify opportunities.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, hooks, and other social content.
- Track content performance and engagement, and use insights to improve future content.
- Support marketing campaigns, founder/community initiatives, events,



and other brand activities.
- Work closely with the leadership and marketing/community teams on content and growth initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience in social media, content, marketing, or a related role; internships and relevant personal projects count.
- Robust interest in social media, content creation, startups, AI, and digital marketing.
- Good understanding of platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram and what makes content engaging.
- Basic working knowledge of Canva and/or other design/editing tools.
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools for content and creative production.
- Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Someone who actively follows social media trends and enjoys experimenting with new content formats.
- Highly proactive, curious, and willing to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
