Scholars Mediatech Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its creative and digital media team!

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager who can not only manage social media platforms but also understand content creation, professional video editing, photography, and camera operations.

? Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh

? Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands and clients
- Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn & Google Business Profile
- Write engaging captions, scripts, campaign copy and digital content
- Monitor engagement, community interactions, comments and reviews
- Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports
- Identify trends and develop platform-specific content
- Coordinate with design, video, performance marketing and PR teams
- Support influencer marketing and online reputation management campaigns
- Contribute to overall digital brand positioning and campaign strategy

? Creative & Video Production Skills – Important The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of:
- Qualified Video Editing for Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, interviews, promotional videos and campaign content
- Editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent
- Professional Camera Handling & Videography
- Camera settings, framing, composition, lighting, exposure and basic cinematography
- Audio recording and basic sound production




- Photography and video shooting for social media, events, interviews and brand campaigns
- Visual storytelling and creating platform-optimized video content

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing & SMO
- Excellent communication, copywriting and storytelling skills
- Strong content strategy and creative thinking
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance optimization
- Understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, PR and online reputation management
- Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines
- Agency or multi-brand experience will be an advantage
- Understanding of Indian and regional audiences is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Advertising or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
