Role Description The Social Media Manager will manage and grow VYUG’s presence across social media platforms through strategic planning, content creation, and community engagement. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves developing and implementing social media campaigns, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics to inform future initiatives.

Manager will collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align messaging with brand objectives and upcoming platform features.



Daily responsibilities include writing and scheduling posts, responding to audience interactions, tracking trends in the metaverse and technology sectors, and preparing regular performance reports. The role also entails maintaining brand voice, supporting campaign launches, and identifying opportunities for partnerships and influencer collaboration.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messages.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to design effective content calendars, campaigns, and platform-specific narratives.
- Experience with analytics tools, social media management platforms, and basic reporting dashboards is beneficial.
- Knowledge of metaverse, blockchain, or emerging digital technologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site workplace in Noida and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in tech or innovation-driven companies, is a plus.
