● Manage Instagram and Facebook DMs, comments, and customer inquiries.

● Shoot videos as per the guidance given by the team.

● Respond to customers professionally and collect required details such as name, contact number, requirement, quantity, and location.

● Update the Organic Lead Sheet and enter qualified leads into the CRM.

● Verify lead information and ask relevant questions whenever the customer's requirement is unclear.

● Monitor CRM remarks and follow up with the sales team on pending leads.

● Coordinate with sales representatives regarding priority leads and customer follow-ups.

● Track leads from inquiry to closure, including qualified, converted, pending, and junk leads.

● Prepare regular Lead Quality Reports and basic ad-performance reports.

● Analyse which ads/campaigns are generating better leads and share relevant observations.

● Handle customer follow-up queries and coordinate internally to ensure customers receive timely responses.

● Assist with video ad scripts and content ideas based on customer questions and requirements.
