Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing and growing the studio’s presence across key social media platforms. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and curating content that reflects the firm’s design philosophy, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and brand consistency.

The Social Media

Manager monitors performance metrics, analyzes audience behavior, and adjusts strategies to improve visibility and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include writing captions,



coordinating with the design team for visuals, responding to messages and comments, and staying current with trends in architecture, interior design, and digital marketing to keep content relevant and compelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned messaging across platforms.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan calendars, align content with business goals, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Relevant experience in managing social media for design, lifestyle, or creative brands is beneficial.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook analytics) and basic knowledge of graphic or video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects and designers are preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory if supported by solid portfolio or work experience.
